The site must be used only for lawful purposes that do not infringe on the rights of other users.

We reserve the right to verify and accept orders. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

All prices are shown in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN) and include VAT. Payment is accepted by bank card, cash, or QR.

Same-day delivery is available within Baku (for orders placed before 2 PM). Delivery fee depends on the address and is shown at checkout.

Flowers, cakes, and chocolates are perishable and cannot be returned after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours and we will replace it or issue a refund.

All site content (text, images, logo) belongs to Bouquet Flowers and may not be used without permission.

Bouquet Flowers is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Total liability is limited to the order value.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Baku.
